Hut site in Cummeenduvasig

In rough hill pasture, on the W side of a lane, on the S-facing slope of Mangerton Mountain. The remains of a possible, circular hut site (diam. 2.5m) defined by a scatter of stones which protrude above the surface of the bog. The N portion of the interior appears to have been cut into the slight upslope. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
