Hut site in Cummeenduvasig

In rough pasture, on the S-facing slope of Mangerton Mountain, near the head of the valley of the Owbaun River. The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 5.5m) defined by a collapsed, grass-covered, drystone wall (T c. 0.45m; int. H 0.45m; ext. H 1.05m) consisting of large stones. There is an entrance (Wth 1.6m) at S. The interior is level and grass covered. A depression (D 0.5m) is visible under a large boulder at N. The nature of this depression is unclear.
