Hut site in Coorleagh

In rough pasture, on the S bank of the Coomeelan stream. The remains of a circular hut site (diam. 3.4m) defined by a drystone wall (T 0.8m; H 0.3m) which protrudes above the surface of the bog. The wall is best preserved W-S. Another hut site (KE103-046004-) is c. 12m to the NE. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Kerry.
