Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880, with gabled central breakfront. Hipped slate roof with red brick chimneystacks. Red brick walls with moulded eaves course and recessed brick bands. Vitrified brick detailing to window arches. Timber sash windows set in segmental arched opening with stone sills. Round headed opening to gabled breakfront. Glazed porch addition. Red brick outbuilding to rear with pitched slate roof.
Of apparent architectural form and plan, this house is enhanced by the manipulation of the brick work, with recessed bands, moulded eaves courses and vitrified brick details to the window arches. Retaining many original features and materials, this building is of architectural heritage significance.
