Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1740, having single-storey lean-to extension to east elevation. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth render plinth. Square-headed window openings with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, half-glazed timber panelled door and timber battened door to extension. Roughcast rendered garden wall to front of house with square-profile piers. Two-bay single-storey outbuilding to yard with pitched corrugated-iron roof, rendered walls and square-headed openings with timber battened fittings. Rendered square-profile piers and boundary wall to site entrance.

Interesting façade created by small openings and large expanses of blank wall. Small openings and simple form indicative of vernacular origins, and also possibly an early date. Given context and enhanced by stocky piers and outbuilding to yard.
