Attached three-bay two-storey house, c.1870, retaining original aspect with single-bay single-storey gabled advanced open timber porch to centre. Pitched slate roof (gabled to porch) with clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack, rendered coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Unpainted lime rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, 1/1 and 3/3 timber sash windows. Square-headed door opening under open timber porch having timber panel to gable, and tongue-and-groove timber panelled door. Set back from line of road with concrete footpath and tarmacadam verger to front, and unpainted rendered boundary wall to left (south) having unpainted rendered piers with decorative wrought iron gate.

An appealing modest-scale house, which has been very well maintained to present an early aspect. The house, together with the house immediately to north (22901306/WD-13-06), contributes significantly to the visual appeal of the streetscape.
