Detached six-bay single-storey thatched house, c.1750, retaining original fenestration.ROOF: Double pitched thatched roof with two nap rendered and one yellow brick chimney stack. WALLS: Nap rendered ruled and lined with quoins to the right of the second-bay from the left; right side elevation is pebble dashed with nap rendered plinth course. OPENINGS: Square headed window openings with nap rendered reveals; stone cills and timber 2/2 sash windows; small 2/2 timber sash to loft window opening; square headed door openings with rendered reveals; timber panelled door, c.1980.
