Semi-detached three-bay three-storey house, built c.1780. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and uPVC casement windows. Recessed round-headed door opening within moulded rendered surround, having timber panelled door, fanlight and limestone threshold. Set along roadside.

Part of a pair of impressive houses sited overlooking Kinsale town centre and harbour, this house is an important part of the historic streetscape. The slightly irregular fenestration and the impressive doorcase enhancing the buildings contribution to the streetscape.
