Terraced two-bay three-storey former house, built c. 1890, with vacant retail outlet to ground floor. Mono-pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls with timber sash windows to upper floors. Timber shopfront with fixed window and panelled door, c. 1910.

This building retains many interesting features and materials, such as the timber sash windows and timber shopfront. The simple timber shopfront, which was clearly executed by skilled craftsmen is a notable feature of the building, as shopfronts such as this are becoming increasingly rare in Ireland. The scale and form of the building make a positive addition to this narrow street.
