What is recorded here

The Civil Survey (1654-6) (Simington 1931, vol. 1, 303) refers to 'the walles of two houses with a bawne about them' in 'Mullaghneony' which was under the proprietorship of 'John Butler…gent. Irish Papist' in 1640. The may have been within the bawn (TS076-042002-) associated with the tower house (TS076-042001-) which is very now disturbed with several small quarried areas or at a separate unknown location.
