Terraced three-bay two-storey house with integral carriage arch, built c. 1850. Pitched slate roof with brick chimneystacks. Coursed rubble sandstone masonry walls. Square-headed openings having brick block-and-start surrounds with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and painted stone sills. Square-headed opening having brick block-and-start surround with overlight and timber panelled door. Segmental-headed carriage arch having brick surround and timber battened double doors.

This house retains much of its original form and character including the integral carriage arch which is a notable feature. The building is enhanced by the retention of the slate roof, brick chimneystacks and timber windows and door.
