Detached three-bay single-storey with attic house, c.1910, now used as a store building for a construction company. Random coursed granite rubble walls with red brick quoins and opening surrounds, and rendered base course. Timber casement windows with granite sills and lintels. Gable-fronted timber-framed entrance porch. Pitched slate roof with two red brick chimney stacks and terracotta ridge tiles. Set within modern industrial yard.

Although surrounded by an industrial yard, this simple house retains much original character, and is one of a group of buildings in the South Dublin area showing the design values of the local authority in the early twentieth century.
