Terraced two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1850, renovated c. 1930, with moulded cornice and fascia added across façade to form continuous shopfront with the adjoining buildings. Pitched artificial slate with raised cement coping on left and slightly sprocketted change made to roof. Painted rendered walls with render quoins, tile and plastic lettering over ground flooring. Replacement windows to upper floors and enlarged openings with fixed window to ground floor.
