Detached three-bay single-storey house, c.1820. Roughcast rendered walls. Modern glazed timber door in plain opening. Timber sash windows. Pitched slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles and gable coping. Two central rendered brick chimney stacks. Lean-to extension to the rere. Rendered, ruled and lined gate piers.
This simple detached cottage is set in its own grounds amongst distinctive trees and, retaining its original form, possesses the charm associated with these country locations.
