Semi-detached single-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, c.1930. Yellow brick walls. Timber casement windows. Timber gable to dormer window. Concrete lintel to ground floor and dormer window. Replacement glazed timber door set in porch projection to side. Hipped slate roof with shared central red brick chimney stack. Two-storey extension to rere in similar materials. Random limestone rubble boundary wall with simple iron gate.
An attractive early twentieth-century house which retains most of its original features. The group adds a welcome domestic scale to this largely industrial area.
