Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c.1900. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Dressed limestone façade. Timber sash windows with stone sills. Bay window to ground floor.
This house makes an interesting contribution to the streetscape. Clearly occupying a small infill site, it is constructed of dressed and ashlar limestone, which is unusual for a house of this modest scale and form.
