Attached two-bay two-storey house, built c. 1780. Pitched slate roof with rooflight, rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening with timber panelled half-glazed door and overlight.
Regular façade of this modest house adds to the streetscape. Appearance enhanced by retention of timber sash windows. Steeply pitched roof is indicative of an eighteenth century date.
