Square-headed openings with timber sliding sash windows, two-over-two pane to ground floor and tripartite one-over-one pane to ground floor. The modest two-bay form of this building make is a notable feature on the streetscape. It retains much of its form as well as early fabric such as the timber sash windows, which enhance the regular form and façade.
