Attached two-bay two-storey house and shop, built c. 1850. Pitched slate roof. Rendered walls with render plinth course. Square-headed openings with timber sliding sash windows, two-over-two pane to ground floor and tripartite one-over-one pane to ground floor. Square-headed opening with timber panelled door and overlight
The modest two-bay form of this building make is a notable feature on the streetscape. It retains much of its form as well as early fabric such as the timber sash windows, which enhance the regular form and façade.
