What is recorded here

Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1910. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted smooth rendered walls having render platbands at eaves and first floor sill level. Square-headed windows with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, double to ground floor. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door and overlight. Sited on edge of former Fair Green.
This is an appealing, well-proportioned house. It retains much of its fabric, such as timber sash windows and has a strong imposing presence on an approach road into Kildorrery.

This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
