Fairy fort, Ballynoe is a circular earthen ringfort in County Cork, Ireland, measuring 30m E-W and 28.5m N-S. Its outer bank rises 1.65m, while the inner edge stands 1.1m high. A shallow external depression survives to the SE. A concrete trackway 4m wide cuts through the enclosure on an NNW-SSE axis, and trees now fill the interior. The site sits on a NW-facing slope north of a farmyard. A possible underground passage lies about 150m NNW in the same field. These are the measurable facts; the fairy name belongs to local story, not proven building purpose.

In pasture, on NW-facing slope, to N of farmyard. Circular area (30m E-W; 28.5m N-S) enclosed by earthen bank (int. H 1.1m; ext. H 1.65m); external fosse survives to SE as shallow depression. Outer face of bank cut back S->NW, as result of farm laneway skirting site. Interior planted with trees; concrete trackway (Wth 4m) runs through enclosure on NNW-SSE axis.
