Detached four-bay single-storey house, c.1920. Refenestrated, c.1970. Now disused. Pitched slate roof with clay ridge tiles, red brick Running bond chimney stacks, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Unpainted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and replacement timber casement windows, c.1970. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber door, c.1970, having overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

An attractive small-scale house of modest appearance, which retains most of its original form, and some of its early character, and which contributes to the historic character of Kilmacthomas.
