Detached three-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, built c.1880, having flat-roofed porch to front (east), pitched roofed side entrance porch to side (south) and flat-roofed extension to rear (west). Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and uPVC rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills having six-over-six pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door openings with timber panelled door to front porch and timber battened door to side porch.

Although extended, the modest form of this house remains apparent. The simple design draws from the vernacular tradition, seen in the wind break form of the entrance porch, off centre chimneystack and compact attic space. The large timber sliding sash windows and front door maybe have been added later, bringing formality and increased light to the entrance front.
