What is recorded here

Situated on an E-facing, heather-covered slope in the Dalligan river valley, just S of the headwaters of one of its streams. This is a two-room structure (ext. dims. 6.9m ENE-WSW; 2.7m NNW-SSE) defined by a stone wall-footing (Wth 0.4-0.8m; ext. H 0.2-0.4m), with no visible entrance. The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Waterford' (Dublin: Stationery Office, 1999).
