On the S-facing slope of an E-W ridge within field system (RO028-025001-). Rectangular grass-covered platform (dims 7.2m N-S; 4.2m E-W) defined by low scarps is attached to the W side of a N-S field bank c. 30m S of rath (RO025-028001-). House site (RO028-025002-) is c. 80m to the WNW.
