Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c. 1780, as a pair with the adjoining house to the south-west. Mansard slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and replacement dormer window. Roughcast rendered walls having moulded render surround to front door. Replacement timber sliding sash windows. Replacement timber doorcase and timber matchboard door.

This house forms part of an interesting pair with the adjoining building to the south-west. Built in the latter part of the eighteenth century, this pair makes a positive contribution to the streetscape. The mansard roofs are a particularly notable feature of the pair and are unusual in the urban landscape in the city.
