Attached two-bay two-storey former house, built c.1880, now is use as outbuilding. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two timber sliding sash windows with concrete sills. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door and flight of stone steps to first floor, east gable. Rubble limestone walls to front (south) and side (east). Outbuildings to rear.

Although of a similar style to nineteenth century two-storeyed houses with symmetrical fenestration and gable-end chimneystacks, symmetry was curiously compromised in this instance. The retention of timber sliding sash windows and slate roof help to maintain the character of the building, while the related outbuildings adds to its setting.
