Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1880. Pitched slate roof having red brick chimneystack and cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door opening having replacement timber panelled door and overlight.

This well proportioned building has maintained much of its original character and conforms to the attractive, simple style evident throughout the terrace. The retention of timber sliding sash windows, timber panelled door and a red brick chimneystack enlivens its appearance and adds interest to the streetscape.
