Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c. 1840. Pitched roof with rendered chimneystacks. Painted rubble stone walls. Square-headed openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed opening with timber panelled half-glazed door and overlight. Rubble stone boundary wall with rendered square-profile piers to pedestrian entrance.
Forms part of a terrace of similar structures occupying a raised site overlooking the strand. Unusual rural site for structures of this type. Retains its form and fabric such as timber sash windows.
