Terraced single-bay four-storey former house, built c. 1835, formerly forming a two-bay house with the adjoining building to the west. Vacant retail outlet to ground floor. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls with label moulding over first floor opening. Replacement timber casement windows to upper floors. Timber shopfront with fixed widows and glazed door, c. 1975.
The scale and form of this building make a notable and positive addition to the streetscape. Formerly part of a two-bay house with the adjoining building to the west, this building retains interesting features and materials, such as the label moulding and slate roof.
