Detached four-bay single-storey house, built c. 1900, having flat-roofed extension to rear (west) elevation. Pitched slate roof with brick chimneystack. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows and replacement uPVC windows. Square-headed opening with replacement uPVC door. Roughcast rendered boundary wall with square-profile piers having wrought-iron pedestrian and double-leaf vehicular gates.

A well-built structure, it is characteristic of the great many labourers' houses that were built throughout Ireland following the passing of various Labourers' Acts and Land Acts by the British Parliament during the late nineteenth and the early twentieth-century. Visible from the road, this modestly sized house adds architectural interest to the rural landscape. Retaining much heritage fabric and materials, including roof slates, wrought-iron gates, and timber sash windows, adding textural interest to the façade and site. Irregularly spaced vertically oriented windows and the mass to void ratio of the facade making an interesting elevation.
