Detached four-bay two-storey house, built c.1830, with integral carriage arch to east and return to rear. Pitched tiled roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Rendered walls with quoins. Tooled stone block-and-start surround to timber sash windows with stone sills. Stone architrave to entrance with decorative shell motif. Glazed timber door with overlight. Building fronts directly onto street.
Though largely altered to the rear, the façade of this substantial detached house remains considerably intact. It exhibits a simple design, which is enhanced by attractive decorative motifs such as the shell above the main entrance.
