What is recorded here

The National Monuments Record of Wales records Hms Ladysmith as Wreck from the Modern period. The saved point comes from the official national record. Inclusion does not by itself mean that the public may enter the place.
HMS Ladysmith was a British Royal Navy light cruiser launched in 1900 and lost in 1914 during World War I when it struck a mine in the North Sea. The wreck resulted in the loss of 16 crew members; the vessel now lies in Scottish waters and is protected under the Protection of Wrecks Act.

The historic-place record does not grant public access. Check current conditions and ownership before entering land or a building.
