Detached five-bay two-storey former house, built c.1930, having projecting end bays (south), with gabled break fronts. Crenulated flat roofed porch (south) and two-storey gabled bay (east). Later extensions to rear (north). Now in use as offices. Hipped and pitched artificial slate roofs having rendered chimneystacks and timber bargeboards to breakfront gables with cast-iron and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls and roughcast rendered walls (first storey) with render sill courses to first floor of west, south and east elevations and render sill course to ground floor of breakfront gables having raised rectangular render panel decoration. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sliding sash windows (east and north) and uPVC sliding sash and casement windows with concrete sills throughout. Round-headed openings to porch having render keystones, cast-iron fanlights and replacement uPVC windows. Round-headed door opening within porch having lead-lined stained glass overlight with timber panelled door. Round-headed opening to porch with raised render keystone, cast-iron framed fanlight and double-leaf uPVC door. Square-headed door openings to rear with timber battened doors. Recent rubble stone enclosing wall with wrought-iron railings.
A substantial and distinctive house retaining its overall character despite some alterations. The retention of timber sliding sash windows ensures the maintenance of the integrity of the façade, while the original door and fanlight are noteworthy examples of early twentieth century design. This early twentieth century building is an interesting addition to the surrounding area.
