Terraced two-storey gable-fronted warehouse, c. 1865; altered c. 1997; having corrugated steel M-pitched roof behind stepped pedimented parapet, limestone ashlar finish with brick dressing to openings to front elevation, with random limestone and sandstone to other exposed elevations, reveal to parapet with brick surround, replacement uPVC windows and glazed timber entrance doors; quay frontage.
Substantial, well maintained late nineteenth-century building, retaining significance for its prominent quay side site and as part of historically intact group of buildings running from Anglesea street to Guinness House.
