Old Connaught is a medieval parish church standing in a burial ground outside the village of Old Connaught. It occupies a low area beside the estate landscape surrounding Old Connaught House, where nineteenth and twentieth century memorials still mark the dead. The place is not a forgotten ruin but a living boundary between human memory and the land that kept it.
