Ancient Brabstown graveyard hid beside St. Margaret's holy well until ownership changed and carts carried its soil away for manure. The church itself vanished without a stone behind, leaving only the memory of buried people and the field where they slept. What remains is a gap in the land, shaped by forgetfulness and reuse, yet still pointing toward the lives that once gathered there.

According to Carrigan (1905, vol. 3, 497) in Brabstown townland, close to St. Margaret's holy well [KK018-038001-], 'is pointed out an ancient churchyard, a large portion of which was carted away for manure by a former owner.
