At S side of road, on steep S-facing slope, overlooking Lee valley. Subrectangular graveyard (c. 130m E-W; c. 100m N-S) enclosed by stone wall. Still in use, earliest noted inscribed headstone dates to 1794. According to Brunicardi (1913, 24), large famine burial plot in eastern part. Extended to S and E between 1842 and 1903 OS 6-inch maps. Ruins of Currykippane parish church (CO073-051002-) SW of centre. Outside SE corner Jewish burial ground (CO073-051003-) (not shown on 1842 OS 6-inch map), still in use.
