What is recorded here
Grave Yd. is an irregular Carlow graveyard where the Burren River still touches its SE edge, shaping the land rather than being shaped by human lines. The church sits roughly at the centre, surrounded by buried people and river water, as if death and life both belong inside the same boundary.
Irregular-shaped graveyard (map dims. c. 51m NE-SW; c. 56m NW-SW) with a roughly centrally placed church (CW013-020001-). The Burren River flows past the SE boundary of the graveyard and appears to have influenced its shape.
