According to the OSL (Herity 2002, 11), 'There is a burial ground in this Parish (Taghadoe) called Coanstown burial ground … containing the ruins of an old church (KD010-013----)'. In open, gently undulating mixed tillage and pasture. A raised (H 1.2m), sub-rectangular area (dims. L 45m E-W; Wth 35m) is enclosed by a modern stone wall. Legible memorial stones date from 18th - 20th c.
