Grave Yard in County Kildare is a D-shaped burial ground where a mortared stone wall still holds the edge of an old faith. The church stands north of centre with its font and memorial cross, while burials cluster south beneath markers legible from the 18th to 20th century. A holy well waits just outside to the west, as if death and grace had agreed to share one boundary.

In the SW sector of a possible Early Ecclesiastical Enclosure (KD029-005002-). A holy well (KD029-005003-) lies just outside to the W. A roughly D-shaped area (diam. c. 46m N-S) with a straight N side (L c. 47m E-W) is enclosed by a well-built mortared stone wall. A church (KD029-005002-) stands to N of centre and contains a font (KD029-005007-) and a memorial cross (KD029-005006-), and the graveyard also contains a cross base (KD029-005005-).
