In undulating pasture, on N verge of marshy area; approached by trackway across field from road to N. Square area (L c. 32m) enclosed by mortared limestone wall; stiled entrance in N wall. Maintained and in occasional use. Interior rises towards centre where stands ruin of Kilfinny church (LI030-011001-). Older headstones cluster to S of church, oldest noted dated 1797; chest tomb immediately S of church dated 1745; also some low uninscribed gravemarkers. Holy well (LI030-011001-) situated 6m outside enclosing wall to W.
