Graigueaverne House in Graigavern put a pointed arch in its little gate lodge, giving the entrance exam a distinctly churchy flavour. You’d arrive hoping to be asked your business and find yourself mentally reviewing your sins.
Detached three-bay single-storey gate lodge, c. 1840, retaining original fenestration with pointed-arch opening to gable. Now partly derelict.
