Explorer Tom O'Connells Rock in County Dublin is a memorial, but it's also next to O'Connells Pub & Restaurant. I suspect the rock is just a big stone outside the pub. Go find the rock and see if it has any interesting stories etched into its surface.

Explorer Tom A lonely cross sits on Glassamucky Mountain, carved into a boulder around 1780. It’s just standing there in the quarry, reminding everyone that religion used to have a much bigger presence on this barren moor.
