What is recorded here

This stone lies on edge on the upper S slopes of Knocknafreaghane, where it abuts the corner of a boundary which encloses a derelict farm complex. Its long axis lies E-W, and its E end tapers strongly. Its maximum dimensions are 3.1m x 1.35m, and its maximum thickness is .52m. The OSRNB recorded that it fell from an upright position around 1896. The above description is derived from A. O'Sullivan and J.
