What is recorded here

Gallán is a hidden standing stone in County Cork, recorded twenty metres north but no longer visible on the south-facing pasture slope. It may have marked a boundary, guided a herder or waited for ceremonies that stopped before memory faded. The grass has erased its shape, yet the land still carries the weight of what it stood beside.
