What is recorded here

Not marked on 1842 and 1906 OS 6-inch maps. In pasture, near top of N-facing slope. Stone (H 1.3m; 1.3m x 0.73m) is irregular in plan and shape with quartz veins running through it; long axis NE-SW. Field clearance stones on E side. One of six stones (10136, 10137, 10138, 10140, 10141) recorded by Bowman (1934, 659) in this townland; '(a) In J. Daly's'.
