Gallan is a standing stone in County Cork, Ireland. The subrectangular stone stands 0.6 metres tall in a farmyard with extensive views over Durrus River valley to the south. Its NNE-SSW alignment marks the valley rather than a hidden chamber, inviting people to watch weather, shadow and distance change through the day.
