G Yd is a rectangular graveyard on the north bank of the River Bride, holding headstones dating back to the 1760s and a Church of Ireland church near the ancient parish site of Aghern. It remains in occasional use, marking a continuous thread of life and death along the riverbank for centuries. The place witnesses the quiet persistence of human memory beside flowing water.

On N bank of river Bride, close to bridge, road to W; rectangular graveyard (c. 60m E-W; c. 50m N-S), in occasional use. Headstones date from 1760s (Hopkins 1892-4b).
