In reclaimed pasture. Horseshoe-shaped mound of burnt material (13.9m N-S; 10.9m E-W; H 0.55m); opening (Wth 3.2m) faces NE. Probably one of four fulachta fiadh (11288, 11289, 11291) recorded in townland by Bowman (1934, 102). The above description is derived from the published 'Archaeological Inventory of County Cork.
